Reservations and Deposits

A $50 Deposit is required to make a reservation for any inflatable rental. This deposit is returned to you 3-5 business days later after the inflatable is inspected upon pick up.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least two weeks prior to your reservation date your deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations that are less than two weeks from the reserved date are not refundable. Once the inflatable is delivered there is no refunds, discounts or rain checks if it rains. If events are cancelled due to unforeseen natural events (rain, heavy winds, acts of God, etc.) Delaware Fun Inflatables will apply your deposit to a future event. We the company reserve the right to cancel any event that may endanger the safety of Delaware Fun Inflatable’s clients.

Payment

Payment is required prior to setting up the inflatable. The preferred method of payment is cash. All major credit cards are accepted with a 2.9% fee. Certified Bank checks are accepted as well.

Delivery and Setup

Business hours are 7:00 am to 8:00 pm generally. On the scheduled event date we will arrive within a specified window of time according to our delivery schedule. The individual making the inflatable reservation must be on-site when Delaware Fun Inflatables arrives. Once the Delaware Fun Inflatable representative arrives, a full and comprehensive review of the contract and safety protocol will be conducted immediately.

The set up area for the reserved inflatable must be adequate. Open flat areas are ideal for the products we offer. If we have to setup on any other surface besides grass a $100 fee is added to the total cost of the rental due to the required use of sandbags. Please avoid areas that have power lines nearby or that are near trees. Some rentals require more time than others to set up. Please allow 45 minutes to set up the reserved inflatable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the area is adequate and free of all items that might puncture/damage the inflatable. All animal waste must be cleaned up prior to delivery. There should be no obstacles in the line of path to get to the set up location such as fences, hills, stairs etc.
Each inflatable requires a power source no further away than 100 feet. All inflatables requiring water should be within 100 feet of a water source. If a power source is not available a generator is available for $150 a day plus fuel cost. All non-residential event locations that require a permit must have permit on hand at time of delivery. There is no refund of deposit if our representative shows up for delivery and no permit is provided.

Pick up

Delaware Fun Inflatables will return within a specified time, that is previously discussed, according to our schedule to pick up the inflatable.

Safety and Operating Procedures

The Contract, located in the Terms and Agreement, has a complete list of all safety and operating procedures. Our on site staff will review all these protocols and guidelines with the person who receives the delivery. Clients will be required to sign a release acknowledging that they understand and will adhere to the guidelines. Failure to obey any of the listed procedures may result in additional charges.

Damages

In the unlikely event that your rental becomes damaged in duration of the rental, immediately vacate the inflatable and call Delaware Fun Inflatables. If the inflatable is damaged in any way due to negligence or not following proper safety guidelines, the customer may be subject to repair fees and/or clean up fees.
